Anyway, I haven’t seen this girl who wrote these posts in at least two months….
Man nothing cuts deeper than your own words, your own promises to yourself and a visit to teh doctors office and that damn old school scale…that happen today. MUST.DO.BETTER.

i’m not going to say i’m back…nope. I’m just going to try every day to get up and run or do pilates or at least be active. And i’m also going to eat well. Today i did that.
